Email address used to create and manage your account.
Inventory information you choose to store, including product names, descriptions, categories, barcodes, URLs, stock status, optional quantities and reorder history.

3. Device Permissions

Camera:
Used solely for live barcode scanning. BenchReady does not record video, store photographs or upload camera images.

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide your account, synchronise inventory, enable barcode scanning and sharing, improve the app, respond to support requests and maintain security. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

BenchReady may use Base44, Apple App Store and Google Play to operate the service.

6. External Websites

When you choose to reorder a product, BenchReady may open third-party retailer websites such as Screwfix, Toolstation or Amazon. Those websites have their own privacy policies.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
